Blythe Valley Park is situated off the M42 at J4. Solihull stands at the heart of England, at the centre of the UK's communication system. The M42 links directly onto the M40 (for the south), M5 (for the southwest), M6 north (for the northeast), M6 south (for the M1 south), and M1 north (for the northeast).

Take J4 Exit from the M42 and follow signposts to Blythe Valley Business Park. Go straight over the first roundabout past the security office. Take the first left at the next roundabout near Oracle. Go straight across at the next roundabout and the Innovation Centre is the final building on the right.
